You have earlies, you have lates, you have days over and you have 24 hour stops. One of the best stops we have as european flight attendants. We arrive around noon and we leave around noon the next day as well. This means an afternoon and evening to spend in a beautiful city and the possibility to do even more the next day, just before you start working again.
As you can imagine I was really pleased to have a 24 hour layover in Zürich on my roster. I had the best colleague in the cabin who took me to an unknown part of Zürich; Im Viadukt. It’s a great cultural district in Zürich-west. Underneath the Viadukt you can find amazing shops, great streetart, funky cafe’s and restaurants and a market hall. In the summertime you can swim in the river closeby. It’s all just really cool, let me show you around! It’s a bit of a photo-overload but truly colorful and I couldn’t resist to show you most of my photos (which I took by phone actually!)
