Just a quick hello. I’m on my five day trip, currently writing from my hotelroom in Trondheim (norway). I was in Linkoping yesterday (sweden), and took a lot of pictures. The weather was extremely beautiful: blue skies, hardly any wind but it was really cold (during the night it was minus 18). I walked around, went to the gym and enjoyed a good lunch.
My challenge is going really well, only exercising is difficult because of my lack of time when I’m flying. But I ate fresh fruit and veggies everyday. How are you doing?
