We stayed just for one short night on Koh Samui, before we took the ferry to Koh Tao, divers paradise! I know Koh Tao a little bit from last year, but was really looking forward to see Koh Tao again and to really discover this small but pretty island.
The hotel
We booked our boat tickets somewhere at a travel agency and it was about 700 baht for one person from Koh Samui to Koh Tao, a 2,5 hour boat trip. Our pick up at the hotel in Samui was included. My boyfriend really wanted to have a good and luxurious bungalow on Koh Tao and so he decided to stay at Sensi Paradise resort close to Sairee beach for three nights. The resort was the best so far, super cute, spacious but very private bungalows with an amazing garden view. The interior was so beautiful and the bathroom was very luxurious. The resort itself is pretty as well: two beautiful swimmingpools, a restaurant with a stunning view and very friendly and helpfull staff.
We enjoyed the afternoon hanging around in and around the swimming pool and sipping from fresh coconut juice. It was our very first ‘relaxed’ day where we basically did nothing all day. We ended our day with a very nice dinner during the sunset in the resort’s restaurant and had a nice internet sesion at our balcony.
